With the onset of the spring and summer “home improvement” season, please be aware of our Waterleaf Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs). Before any exterior modification project can begin, homeowners are required to submit an Architectural Review Application.
Modifications requiring approval include, but are not limited to, the following:
• exterior paint
• landscapes/hardscapes
• fences
• gutters
• sheds
• screened enclosures
• room additions
• pools
• hot tubs
Applications may take up to (30) days to process; please plan accordingly. You may download a copy of the Architectural Review Application at www.waterleafhoa.com.
