All of us living in Waterleaf are aware of how narrow our streets are, especially on Candlebark with parked cars on either side. One small way to relieve congestion is to place your trash and recycling containers on the END OF YOUR DRIVEWAY or ON THE GRASS BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND STREET. They become an additional hazard for drivers when placed in the street.
