The HOA Enhancement Committee would like to reward those with exemplary lawn maintenance by hosting a contest. If you would like to participate, simply have a beautiful front lawn.
1st Place – $100 Visa Gift Card
2nd Place – $75 Visa Gift Card
3rd Place – $50 Visa Gift Card
Winners will be awarded on April 15, 2018 in person
*** Eligibility for winners: current on HOA assessments & no open violations. HOA board members & Enhancement Committee volunteers not eligible to win.
