As the world outside finally began to turn green after the winter, it’s time once again to pay attention to your lawn and landscape.
Take a look around. Are the pesky weeds taking over your lawn? Is it dotted with an unattractive bald spot or patches of dead grass?
Maybe there is a dead tree or shrub that needs to be removed? Speaking of shrubs, do they look overgrown? Do your palm trees need to be trimmed?
If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to start tending to your lawn.
The community’s appearance adds value to all the homes within it – including yours – so it’s important to keep landscape neatly groomed.
Failure to maintain your property leads to violation notices and fines, so make sure your lawn and landscape are in compliance with Association standards. As a reminder, the enforcement of Lot Maintenance violations began on April 1st, 2019.
